Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION MEETING


1.				Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

2.				Consent agenda to approve:

	a.		AI-49929 Approved	Disbursements for the period ending March 16, 2021, Auditor.

	b.		AI-49930 Approved	Revised Grant Funding Notification in the amount of $108,522 for Women, Infants and Children Local Agency (Contract No. HHS000801700001) with the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, Health Care.

	c.			Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:

		1.	AI-49936 Approved	March 1, 2021.

		2.	AI-49953 Approved	March 8, 2021.

				EXECUTIVE SESSION

				Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.

				The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.

				Any action resulting from the executive session.
