NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

1.			General Discussion Items:

			Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:

	a.	AI-53311 No Action Taken	Public Hearing - Revenue bonds to be issued in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $32,500,000 to finance the acquisition and construction and equipping of a residential rental development for seniors in Collin County by Roers Wylie Apartments Owner I, L.P., Administrative Services.

	b.	AI-53191 Approved	Authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of multifamily housing revenue bonds (Meridian at Wylie) Series 2022, Administrative Services.

2.			Executive Session Items:

			Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.

			The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.

			Any action resulting from the executive session.

TEFRA Hearing: The Internal Revenue Code requires that prior to the issuance of “private activity bonds” (bonds issued by or on behalf of a state or local government for the purpose of financing a project for a non-governmental user) such as the bonds proposed for Meridian at Wylie, the bonds and the project must be approved by an “Applicable Elected Representative” (either the County Judge or the Commissioners Court in the case of Collin County) following a public hearing at which members of the general public are given the opportunity to express their views regarding the bonds or the project. The purpose of the hearing is to provide a forum for public comment to be considered by the Applicable Representative whether to approve the bonds and the project for the limited purpose required by the Internal Revenue Code. As such, no response to any comments is required other than that the comments will be considered by the Commissioners Court.

Authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of a multifamily housing revenue note for Meridian at Wylie. The resolution proposed to be adopted expressly states that the bonds are special limited obligations of the Issuer payable solely from the revenues, funds and assets pledged under the Indenture to secure payment of the bonds and under no circumstances shall the bonds be payable from any other revenues, funds, assets or income of the Issuer.
