LOCATION AND SIZE The subdivision is located on at the on CR 660, southeast of the City of Blue Ridge. See location map attached. The subdivision consists of one (1) residential lot that is 2.797 acres. The lot fronts an existing county road, therefore no road construction is required. The reason for the replat is to slightly adjust the west property line to move it further away from an existing barn. No Public Hearing is required for this replat. ROADS, UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE On-site sewage facilities systems are suitable for Eisenhower Estates. No grading will be done of the lot. Water will be supplied by North Farmersville Water Supply Corporation. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision. Auditor's Office Action
Request to apply has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. The grant is for state funds and the period is for 10/1/17 through 9/30/18. The amount is yet to be determined by the data submitted. SCAAP provides federal payments to states and local jurisdictions that incurred correctional officer salary costs for incarcerating undocumented criminal aliens with at least one felony or two misdemeanor convictions and are incarcerated for at least four days during the reporting period. Funding is calculated using a formula that provides a relative share of funding to jurisdictions that apply and is based on the number of eligible criminal aliens, as determined by the US Department of Homeland Security. SCAAP funding is restricted to correctional purposes only.

They are as follows: Deputy #1: 25% shared by Lowery Crossing (ILA approved 9/11/2017), New Hope (ILA approved 9/18/2017), St. Paul (No ILA), and Nevada (No ILA). Deputy #2: 50% shared by Trinity Falls (ILA approved 9/11/2017), and Blue Ridge (no ILA) Deputy #3: 50% shared by Inspiration Point (ILA approved 11/6/2017) and Seis Lagos (No ILA). Option 1 - No Action. Option 2 - Approve creation of 2 new positions without a budget amendment. Funding for positions will be from savings of open positions during FY 2018. Option 3 - Approve creation of 2 new positions and budget amendment to move 6 months of budgeted funding from contingency to Sheriff's Office - Admin department.
