LOCATION AND SIZE The subdivision is located off CR 412, just north of CR 469, southeast of Melissa, TX. See location map attached. This addition consists of two (2) new lots which sizes are 1.01 acres. The lot fronts on the existing county road 412 therefore no road construction is required.
