NOTICE OF AN EMERGENCY SESSION MEETING

An emergency or urgent public necessity requiring the immediate action of the Collin County Commissioners Court exists because of an imminent threat to public health and safety caused by the imminent threat of riot, civil disturbance, lawlessness and/or violence. Therefore, in accordance with Texas Government Code 551.045, the Collin County Commissioners Court shall meet on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. to discuss the following items:


					COMMISSIONERS COURT EMERGENCY SESSION MEETING

1.				AI-50849 Approved	Authorize an exemption from competitive bidding for the acquisition of electrical services to repair damage caused by a lightning strike which effects the operation of the county campus and in order to preserve or protect the public health or safety of the county's residents pursuant to 252.022(a)(2) of the Local Government Code and to authorize such purchase by the Purchasing Agent.
