NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:



			HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION BUSINESS:

1.			General Discussion Items:

			Presentation, discussion and any action regarding:

	a.	53311	Public Hearing - Revenue bonds to be issued in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $32,500,000 to finance the acquisition and construction and equipping of a residential rental development for seniors in Collin County by Roers Wylie Apartments Owner I, L.P., Administrative Services.
