Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

		1.	43580	Budget amendment in the amount of $354,062 to establish the budget for the FY 2018 Immunization Program, Auditor.

	b.		43611	Amendment No. 9 to the lease agreement with the Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Program for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 165, Plano, Texas to extend the lease for a period of three (3) years through and including August 31, 2020 and increase the base rent to $16.00 per square foot, Construction & Projects.
